Is there a deposit?
No, we presently do not require a deposit; however, we kindly ask that if any changes or cancellations need to be made, please provide a notice at least 24 hours prior to session. This helps with scheduling.
How many images will I get?
Our 30 minute session offers 25 high quality images while our 60 minute session offers 35-40. All images are accessible only by you in your private online gallery.
When will I receive my portraits?
Current turnaround time for professionally edited portraits are 24-48 hours. During peak seasons, this can be extended to 3-5 days. We strive to deliver galleries as quickly as possible without compromising the care and quality of our promise to you.
What if I am not satisfied with my gallery?
We only offer refunds in the event of a technological failure at no fault of our clients, which we have not experienced to date. We highly encourage you to review our portfolio to ensure we suit your photography preference. Our brand focuses on earthy, warm tones while finding a balance between brighter and darker lighting. If we do not suit your wishes, we are supportive of fellow photographers and will provide reputable, trustworthy references for you.
How many people can be in a session?
Family sessions include up to four, with a $25 fee for each additional member over the age of 3 to a maximum of 6 members total. We offer large group sessions that can accommodate up to 12 members.
Do you have places to recommend for a family session?
Yes, we have plenty! Some areas offer free parking during the off season (beginning Labor Day weekend), while others may include an entry fee such as Atalaya Castle and Brookgreen Gardens. Admission fees & any parking fees are not included in your session pricing.
Do you have gift cards or rewards for returning clients?
Absolutely! We love returning clients and appreciate your trust & business so much. Returning clients are eligible for discounted sessions (max. 1 discounted session per 6mo). We have gift cards for all sessions. They can also be used at our online shop for wall art and apparel.
Do you offer any other packages?
At the moment, we specialize in couples and family sessions. In 2026, we will be offering newborn, wedding, and HS Senior packages. Subscribe to our email list to stay updated!
